how to find someones profile ID from photo links

i know you have some idea that in deface pages people put their photo graphs with messages or sometimes if you wanna know who uploaded this photo to facebook then open the URL of image
then see the middle number for eg for this one
www.some.fcbdn.akamahid.net/216512_204732556226334_100000687732419_582854_6270883_n.jpg etc
the highlighted one is our profile ID
then how to get info for that ID so we use facebook graph API so goto
http://graph.facebook.com/?id=  then put what you got and yes you got the user info you can simply search him/her on facebook
and if you have a URL of photo with all facebook like, tag stuff then it will look like this so the highlighted portion is your ID

photo.php?fbid=231188996914023&set=a.231188663580723.62289.100000687732419&type=3

i am also thinking same about blogger and twitter any ideas what do you say guys
this also works for pages, and profiles only

Facebook announces 'Trusted Friends'scheme

Locked out? Get a little help from your friends
Facebook has announced plans to launch a 'Trusted Friends' scheme which can let pals assist if you find yourself shut out of your account.
The scheme requires users to nominate three-to-five of their most reliable amigos, who are then required to input a special code in order to prove your identity.
Trusted Friends will come in handy for users whose email has also been compromised by hacks, meaning they can't use the regular password recovery mechanism.
The spare key
In a post on the Facebook security page the social network said the new feature was akin to giving your friends a spare house key.
The post read: "Similar to other features that help you prove your identity through your friends, you can now select three to five trusted friends who can help you if you ever have issues accessing your account.
"It's sort of similar to giving a house key to your friends when you go on vacation–pick the friends you most trust in case you need their help.
"If you forgot your password and need to login but can't access your email account, you can rely on your friends to help you get back in.
"We will send codes to the friends you have selected and they can pass along that information to you."
It sounds like a good idea. Just make sure those"Trusted Friends" aren't the type who will use those special codes to break into your account and ruin your world while you're off on a relaxing weekend in the country.
so now opportunities for hackers increases lol :-)

Get the new facebook timeline before release

Facebook released a slew of new features, at their f8 conference and the Timeline looks like the shiniest one of the new goodies. Timeline isn't out to us regular users yet but rjcrystal, has found a way to enable Timeline by logging into the social network as a developer. This comes with a friendly warning though - the reason Facebook hasn't released the Timeline is because they're still fixing kinks and you may face bugs if you get Timeline ahead of time. Its officially releasing it on 3rd October 2011

Also, you will only be able to use Timeline on one device. If you open your Facebook account on another computer, Timeline will get disabled on both your machines. Finally, for one of the steps, you'll need to have a verified account, which means you need to have entered either a phone number or a credit card to your Facebook account.

However, if you're still hungry, here you go.

Step 1: Go to the Facebook developer page (developers.facebook.com)

Step 2: Click on Apps in the top bar. This will take you to a page where you will be asked permission to access basic information for the developer application. Click on allow.
Click on apps in the top bar
Click on apps in the top bar

Step 3: You will then be taken to the apps page. In the top right corner, you'll see an icon "Create new app". Click on that.
Click on create a new app
Click on create a new app

Step 4: A box will pop up asking you to name your app and create a namespace for it. You can enter anything here (the namespace must not have been used before and Facebook will warn you if it has). After you plug this information in, you will then get a box wih a captcha code verifying that you aren't a bot.
You can enter anything here. The namespace must be more than 7 characters and no caps

Step 5: You will be taken to a page to work on your new app. Make sure you see the app name and app ID on the top of the page. Click on Open Graph in the left hand side panel.

Step 6: Once you are in the Open Graph page, you'll be prompted to enter an action (read, watch, plan) and a noun (book, television, trip) and then hit "Get Started). You will then be taken to a settings page. You need to change one of the default settings here. I changed the past tense of "Plan" to "Pland". Go through all three settings pages and make sure you're trying to submit your application to the public diary. Now wait 2-3 minutes.
Enter an action and a noun. Then hit

Step 7: Go to your Facebook homepage. An invitation to try Timeline will be hovering at the top of your page.

After activation of timeline i got this
